Scope of Services
Eres Travel provides luxury travel advisory and trip planning services. We act as independent advisors and work with Fora Travel, our host agency, to facilitate travel bookings. Our services include but are not limited to:
Destination research and recommendations
Custom itinerary planning
Hotel, resort, and accommodation bookings
Experience curation and reservation management
Travel logistics coordination
Ongoing trip support
Booking Terms
All travel bookings are processed through Fora Travel and are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and fees of the respective travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We act as an intermediary and advisor but do not control supplier policies, availability, or pricing.
Payment for travel services is due according to supplier requirements, which may include deposits, full prepayment, or payment at the time of travel. Our professional planning fees, if applicable, are separate from booking costs and are non-refundable once planning work has commenced.
Cancellations or Changes
Cancellation and change policies are determined by individual travel suppliers and may vary significantly. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties. We will clearly communicate applicable policies before confirming any reservations on Your behalf. We are not responsible for supplier cancellation fees, penalties, or policy changes.
You are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel disruptions.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, cancellations, medical emergencies, or other issues that may arise before or during Your travel. Travel insurance can protect You against unexpected events including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel delays, and other covered circumstances.

Political instability, health emergencies, natural disasters, or other events affecting travel destinations

You are responsible for ensuring You have appropriate documentation (passports, visas, vaccination records), adequate insurance, and have consulted with medical professionals regarding any health considerations for Your destination.
Digital Products
By purchasing any digital product or asset from Eres Travel LLC through this website (such as Destination Guides, Hotel Lookbooks, Itinerary Templates, or other downloadable resources), You are granted a revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
